Ideal for parents embarking on their first birth experience. Consists of two Prenatal visits. The first visit can be done in person or virtually and includes a two hour comprehensive childbirth education session tailored to the couple. Ample opportunities for both parents to ask any and all questions, including ones that might feel “silly.” The second Prenatal visit is in person at your home and will consist mostly of the birth partner learning hands on techniques to assist the birthing person with comfort measures. This includes learning the Hip Squeeze as well as, a variety of positions that can be used during each stage of labor to promote progress and optimal fetal positioning. Partners will feel prepared, confident, and ready to be an integral and intentional birth support companion.
